What is Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion?
BRVO is the blockage in one of the branches of main retinal vein hence effecting only part of the retina. The vision loss is variable depending on the site of blockage. The central or side vision may be compromised . Although effective anti VEGF injections can restore and maintain the vision, sometime the condition may settle at its own without active treatment.
